I found this book to be very informational! It is truely simplified to a level were just anyone that doesnâ€™t know what cancer is, can pick this book up and get a good understanding. I had very little knowledge of what cancer patients go through and itâ€™s hard to believe so many people went or are going through it. This book helped me understand some of processes that patients go through and also opened my eyes to what other options are available. It also has excellent references to many informational books about cancer and nutrition. I think this is a very helpful book for those seeking to better themselves or a loved one that might be going through cancer. It is a great and easy read!!
