- This item is fine it just does not state if it comes with acess code and i had no way of knowing that until the book arrived without it so i have to return it now. Another thing is the plastice wrap around the book wasnt really on it. its as if someone had already opened it, but its completely new

- As expected. Came with access code needed.
- I purchased the book online for about half of the price it was available for in my schools bookstore. The book is packed with information on health care services. I know that should be obvious but as is the case with all of my other textbooks they give very scarce information in between lengthy, dry, discussions. Its small and easy to carry around.
I needed this book for an undergraduate class but will probably keep it well into my masters. - Very informative, and easy to read text book. I wanted to keep it, I wasn't ready financially. Thank you!
